1. Program Purchase & Payment Terms

By purchasing Monetize the Aesthetic Method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Launch / Promotional Price: $97 USD

Promotional pricing is limited-time and may increase at any time without notice.

Your purchase includes:

Monetize the Aesthetic Method Digital Course, including educational video modules, training materials, and future course updates at the discretion of Monetize the Aesthetic.

Any bonus content, templates, or additional materials are considered complimentary and may be modified, updated, or removed at any time.

All purchases are final.

2. Digital Product & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to educational materials:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances

  • Lack of implementation

  • Lack of time

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations

  • Failure to achieve results

  • Inability to access or understand content after delivery

  • Failure to complete the course

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase using a financing or installment provider including but not limited to:

  • financing approvals or denials

  • declined transactions

Customers remain responsible for completing all installment obligations according to their provider’s terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All Program materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Customers MAY NOT:

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • immediate termination of access without refund

  • legal action

  • financial damages

  • recovery of attorney fees and legal costs

5. Account Sharing Policy

Program access is intended for the individual purchaser only.

Login sharing, password sharing, account sharing, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Monetize the Aesthetic reserves the right to revoke access immediately if unauthorized account sharing is suspected.

No refunds will be issued for revoked access.

6. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraudulent Claims

By purchasing this Program, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through:

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated:

Customers agree to reimburse any fees, costs, or damages associated with fraudulent disputes.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alabama.
